These terms are the booking contract. Airport wait time, name-board pickup, GST, tolls, and parking are set out below so they are not hidden on a sales page.
Who these terms apply to
These terms govern chauffeur-driven bookings made with Bangalore Car Rental (“Bangalore Car Rental”) on this website or by the desk. By paying, you accept them. Minimum age 18. Minors travel only with an adult.
Chauffeur-driven only
Every vehicle is chauffeur-driven. We do not offer self-drive and we do not entertain requests to drive the car. The chauffeur follows RTO law. Occupancy may not exceed the licensed passenger limit. Illegal activity ends the journey immediately, without refund of unused hours.
Packages, hours, and kilometres
City, outstation, and airport packages are billed for a defined time and distance, whichever is reached first. Extra kilometres and extra hours are charged at the rates shown at booking. Billing is garage-to-garage: time and distance include the car’s movement from and back to the duty point.
GST, tolls, parking, and other extras
Listed package prices include the chauffeur and fuel within the stated hours and kilometres. GST, tolls, parking, airport entry, and state permits are extra and payable by the guest. Airport entry, Fastag, and inter-state permits are also extra where they apply. The listed rupee amount on a package is not a “all-in” fare unless we confirm that in writing.
Airport pickup, name board, and wait time
Airport transfers must be booked as the airport package. Share the flight number, terminal, and the name for the board. The chauffeur waits landside with that board and cannot meet you airside. Complimentary wait is 45 minutes after actual landing for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Departure pickups include 15 minutes at the pickup address. Extra wait is billed at the extra-hour rate in 15-minute blocks. Flight delays are tracked; the complimentary window starts from actual landing, not the original scheduled time.
Payment
The package is payable to confirm the booking. GST and journey extras may be collected during or after the trip. Unpaid extras may be invoiced to the phone or email on the booking.
Cancellations and no-show
Cancellations under 24 hours before the booked start may incur 100% of the package. Other cancellations may incur 50%. A no-show after the complimentary wait is treated as a completed booking. Operator windows shown at checkout override this paragraph if they are stricter or more generous.
Substitution, access, and conduct
Bangalore Car Rental may assign an equivalent car if the booked car cannot be dispatched. You are responsible for a passable approach — we are not liable if a street cannot take the vehicle. Smoking and drinking in the cabin are prohibited. Pets require prior agreement. Damage, soiling, or vandalism is billed to the guest at repair or replacement cost.
Liability
Cars are insured as required for chauffeur-driven commercial use. We are not liable for delay caused by traffic, weather, airport operations, or events outside our control, beyond rearranging the chauffeur when reasonably possible.
