Airport pickup, wait time, and extras are the same rules written in the terms. GST, tolls, and parking are never folded into a “from” price.
Questions
- Is Bangalore Car Rental chauffeur-driven only?
- Yes. We do not offer self-drive, and we do not hand over the keys. Occupancy stays within the legal passenger limit.
- What is included in the listed price?
- The chauffeur, the car, and fuel within the hours and kilometres on the package. Garage-to-garage billing applies.
- What is extra?
- Listed package prices include the chauffeur and fuel within the stated hours and kilometres. GST, tolls, parking, airport entry, and state permits are extra and payable by the guest.
- How does airport name-board pickup work?
- Share the flight number, terminal, and the name to display. The chauffeur waits landside with that board. Complimentary wait: 45 minutes domestic, 60 minutes international, after actual landing.
- What if I cancel?
- Cancellations under 24 hours before start may incur 100% of the package. Earlier cancellations may incur 50%. The window shown at checkout is the one that applies.
- Can you substitute an equivalent car?
- If the assigned car cannot be dispatched, we may offer the nearest equivalent from the same class. You may decline and cancel without a substitution fee.
- Are smoking, alcohol, and pets allowed?
- Smoking and drinking in the cabin are not allowed. Pets need prior written agreement. Damage is billed to the guest.
- Do I pay before the car arrives?
- The booking is confirmed when payment for the package is received. GST, tolls, and parking may be collected as they arise, or billed after the journey.
